More than 200 participants from Canada, Mexico, Spain and the United States, joined the 30th International Fishing Tournament that took place in the bays of Huatulco on May 22, 2022.
After two years of having postponed it, this year , thanks to the opening in terms of COVID restrictions, it was finally able to be inaugurated together with a representative statue of a Marlin Fish.
Despite the fact that there was a day with strong waves due to groundswells, the participants took on the task of going out to look for Marlin, Tuna or Dorado to win the prizes.
The first place was achieved with a 121.1kg blue Marlin.
